Royal Mail is severely disrupted for overseas posting by a cyber-attack

Here is the latest update on shipping:

Unfortunately, Royal Mail are experiencing severe service disruption to international mail following a cyber incident.

Post Office Ltd is therefore temporarily unable to sell postage for Royal Mail services to international destinations.

Parcelforce Worldwide international services are still operating.

Items recently sent to international destinations via Royal Mail may be subject to delays.

Royal Mail services within the UK are unaffected.

Royal Mail are working to resolve this disruption as quickly as possible.

We would like to sincerely apologise to impacted customers for any disruption this incident is causing.
